"Return was more of a headache than I expected"
The table itself was okay, nothing really wrong with it, but I ended up needing to send it back. That’s where things got frustrating, because the return process wasn’t as clear as I expected.
I had to send a few emails before I got proper instructions, and the return shipping ended up costing more than I thought it would. I’ll admit I started getting nervous that I was being messed around or that I’d get stuck with the table, so I kept feeling like I had to chase them for updates.
To be fair, they did reply in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But the whole return experience felt way more stressful than it needed to be, and they really should make it simpler and more upfront.

It’s kind of hard to describe, but the customer service just didn’t feel very helpful. The replies were slow, and when I finally heard back, I didn’t really get the support I was hoping for.

I ordered a table from chiroluxtables.com i’m disappointed. After only a few weeks, it already started wobbling, and I noticed cracks forming near the edge of the top. I haven’t even used it that much, so that was frustrating. It just feels Cheaper than what I paid for, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Pretty disappointed with the craftsmanship"
I was a bit let down by the craftsmanship. The edges weren’t very clean, and a few parts looked like they were rushed, which was disappointing for what I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with theirs?

"Could use a more modern feel"
When I landed on the site, it felt a bit outdated and cluttered, which made it harder for me to trust where to click or what to focus on. A cleaner, more modern design would make the whole experience feel more welcoming and probably help the message come through much better.

I was disappointed with this table. It showed up wobbly right out of the box, and the padding feels "cheap". Definitely not what I was expecting, and I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money...

"Showed up with a beat-up box and a dent"
The table itself works fine, but the box arrived banged up and one corner had a noticeable dent. I mean, how does it get handled that rough?? I expected a little more care with shipping. I took a bunch of photos just in case

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I was surprised by how frustrating the setup was. The instructions felt confusing in a few spots, and what I thought would be a quick assembly ended up taking way longer than expected. I’m still a fan of the brand overall, but this experience definitely tested my patience.

"Pricing wasn’t really clear"
The tables look nice, but I didn’t love how the pricing was laid out. I had to click around a bit, and I still wasn’t totally sure what the final cost would be once extras or delivery were added. For something like this, I’d expect the price to be more upfront. It kinda made me feel unsure about placing an order.

"Got the wrong item and no real help"
The wrong item showed up, and trying to get support to fix it was frustrating. I kept getting pushed through automated replies and menus instead of an actual person who could just sort it out. In the end, nothing really got resolved, which made the whole thing feel like a waste of time.

It’s a decent table overall and does the job just fine, but I did have a tiny dramatic moment when I saw the price. Like, is it nice? Sure. Did I briefly question every financial decision I’ve ever made? Also yes.

"Heads up: the site is really frustrating to use"
Just a warning for anyone trying to use this site, I had a annoying time with it. The menus felt all over the place, pages didn’t load right on my phone, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic table info. After a while, I gave up. If you’re trying to get quick details, don’t expect it to be easy...

I reached out twice and waited a few days, but still didn’t get a clear response. Maybe I caught them at a busy time, and I know I can get a little impatient when I’m trying to sort things out, but it was still frustrating not knowing what was going on.

"Replacement parts are a hassle"
I needed a replacement part for the table, but apparently nothing was available. Frustrating after already spending the money on it. It also feels like the whole thing was handled kind of carelessly, like no one really thought about what customers are supposed to do if something breaks or shows up with an issue.

"Not quite what I expected for a clinic"
I was looking at this for a chiropractic office, but it didn’t feel like the right fit for a professional setup. The website made it sound like one thing, but the actual tables seemed a lot more basic than I was expecting, which was a bit confusing. I also couldn’t find enough clear info to feel confident using it every day with patients. It might be fine for lighter use, but I personally wouldn’t put it in a busy clinic.

"Made my workday harder on my back"
I ordered from chiroluxtables.com thinking it would help make patient treatments a little smoother, but the setup just didn’t feel right for me. The height and positioning were awkward, and I found myself leaning way more than I should have been. At one point I remember thinking, give me a break, this is supposed to make things easier.
After a few longer days using it, my shoulders and lower back were definitely feeling it. Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else’s workflow, but for me as a practitioner, it ended up adding strain instead of reducing it.

"Adjustability was disappointing"
I bought this mostly because I needed a table that would be easy to adjust, but it’s been more annoying than helpful. The height settings feel stiff, and they don’t line up smoothly, which caught me off guard — that part was weird.
I keep having to fiddle with it way more than I expected, and even after adjusting it, it never feels totally right. For what it costs, I really thought the whole setup would be smoother and easier to use.
